This brand new home was started over 6 years ago, but was left a sad shell when the original builder had to close up shop soon after. Passed from hand to hand, the unfinished house sat empty until the owner contacted Lobo Builders. We took this little gem over, delighted to rescue a forlorn project, and happy to work with the new homeowners on a budget.
Our Approach
With an exterior design created to get the house up to code on a dime, we got to work creating decks, siding, and entries that spoke to a modern mountain feel. Elizabeth Rogers Design created the finishes and layouts for kitchens and baths to give a high end feel in areas that matter most. Custom cabinetry and stone countertops in the main level kitchen was a necessity for Lobo quality, while off-the-shelf cabinets and butcherblock were a perfect fit for the basement kitchenette. Less expensive tile, hardware and lighting were selected to ensure a chic, custom end product without breaking the bank. The giant windows and pale oak floor creates amazing light and views. Elizabeth Rogers Design and Lobo Builders were the perfect team to make this stunning little house an affordable, modern masterpiece.
