This build began with a small empty site on a city alleyway. The space was oddly shaped and challenging to work with, especially given the sewer and aquatic encroachments on the property. It would take some ingenuity and special attention to make a true transformation. Fortunately, that’s exactly what we do best.
Our Approach
We set out to create an innovative tiny home that would keep with the fabric of the neighborhood while utilizing an odd infill lot. In cooperation with W2 Architecture, Lobo Builders created a 650 sq. ft home with a living roof and multipurpose indoor loft. Additionally, in collaboration with FarmGirl Flowers and Landscaping, we carefully redeveloped an existing creek bank for an expanded outdoor living area.
